Fågel is a porridge and smoothie bar which uses plant-based organic milks, organic oats and fresh local ingredients. Gergő Fekete from the Artizán bakery named this little oat haven Fågel, meaning ‘bird’ in Swedish, because of all the seeds, nuts and grains available here. You can choose corn-based dishes, sweet and savoury options, and combine them with the toppings of your choice, such as peanut butter, fruit, berries, granola and even pesto. There are no additives or sugar used, and everything is gluten-free and vegan.
