In the future, there is a chance, that we will not only talk about how a white wine matches some kind of meat, but how a syrup can match some kind of salami. Until that, we have Szalámibolt with its wonderful syrups in rose-hip, blueberry, hippophae, lavender, balm, anise, ginger, mint, and blackberry flavors of Zümi and Tamás. You can also find some glasses of the Ízeskert, Nektária, Fertőd, and Erdei brands.

Bors Gastrobar
After it got on the top list of the , Bors got a new award because of its syrups. If we stop by the shop on the Kazinczy Street for a good soup or a lifesaver sandwich, we surely take a liking for a good fruit syrup. We can choose from thyme-strawberries, ginger-elderberry, coriander with sour cherry, peppered black currant, jaffa with chili, poppy seed sour cherry, rosemary-apple, and Williams pear with lime and vanilla.

Módszertani Kabinet
The syrups in MóKa do not contain any preservative or artificial coloring and most of them are from Fertőd Drink Szörpüzem. Sour cherry, blackberry, raspberry, elder, and jaffa tastes are available; the latter one is especially for the retro feeling. Their specialty is the lavender syrup from the Kerekedi Levendula Présház, which is perfect for a lavender spritzer.
