once again invites everyone to say goodbye to this year and welcome the new one with a bubbly drink.

- Game carpaccio with manchego shavings, oak-leaf salad and truffle balsam
- Marinated red tuna with sesame seed green algae salad and wasabi mousse
- Duck rillettes with rosemary, fig and orange jam
