Astanga yoga classes on
Nagyrét
, Margaret Island every Sunday from 11am and every Wednesday from 5pm. (on Saturday as well if you guys want to come) All classes are free (donations are welcome).
Classes take place on Nagyrét, the area enclosed by the Water Tower, the Open-air Theatre and Danubius Health Spa Resort Margitsziget. If you come by public transport, get off bus 26 at the Szállodák stop.  




Amateurs open to
dynamic yoga
are (also) welcome.
