The festival is organized for the 10th time with the aim of presenting the 1000 faces of chess, and holding one day, when all chess lovers can share and extraordinary experience.
One highlight of this event is definitely the
Highlander Cup
, where 8 world-star chess players fight for the prize of 15,000 dollars. For this extraordinary contest many prominent chess players travel to
Budapest
, such as Boris Gelfand, Rusztam Kaszimdzsanov, and Hoang Thanh Trang, but brave amateurs can also play with Judit Polgár and Zsófia Polgár.
