Introductory yoga course for
beginners in English. 
During the course the participants will get acquainted with the
basics of yoga, 
will glimpse into many aspects of it and
learn
the physical excercises of yoga and that which kind of
effect
they have
on health.



The course duration: 6 hours a day for 2 days.
