Holnemvolt Park
awaits the general public with a “
ghost party
”, between 6pm and 11pm. The “monster promenade” between the old carousel to the jungle railway offers a variety programs, but visitors can also take part in family
pumpkin carving
, a
ghost hunting
game,
face painting
, or watch a fire juggling
show
. In addition, the enchanted castle’s façade will feature a special light show.
In front of the banquet hall, there will be an yōkai matsuri (妖怪祭), or “
ghost festival
” cultural lecture, where everyone can learn about how the world of ghosts and demons appears in
Japanese traditions
. There will also be a fan game, demon face puzzle, wish board, and origami, and visitors can try on kabuki masks and traditional Japanese attire, as well. A separate gastro pagoda will await those interested in Japanese cuisine.
