On 5 October, Memento Park brings the spirit of the past to life with a full day of retro-themed programmes. Visitors can browse treasures at a market, join fun competitions for kids, and explore the world of iconic Trabant and Wartburg cars. Music lovers can enjoy nostalgic tunes on vinyl, while evening screenings and performances transport audiences back to the 1960s, 70s, and 80s.
As night falls, the monumental statues reveal a different side of themselves, illuminated only by torchlight for a truly atmospheric experience. For this special occasion, the park is open with discounted admission tickets, making Retro Day the perfect chance to rediscover history through objects, music, and stories.
