Has it ever happened to you that you found something on the street? A wallet on the ground, an umbrella on a bench, or a book on the tram?
If so, what did you do with it? Did you take it home? Did you leave it there? Maybe you started looking for its owner?
And what would you do if you found a real rabbit while you were walking in the park? Or if on one corner you stumbled upon a travel bag with a rolled-up rug on it? And what would you do with a lost bicycle handlebar?
Tough questions. The council of Belváros-Lipótváros and the organizers of this exhibition have been wondering about this for months.
They decided to save these objects in a completely novel way. An exciting, unconventional exhibition was created with them, and these objets trouvés await every visitor amid playfully designed dioramas that display the places where they were found.
The exhibition has free admission, and is open until 15 December 2014.
Open hours: every weekday 10:00-16:00, Saturdays 10:00-14:00
