Harry Houdini
(born Erik Weisz) who was of Hungarian origin. Houdini was the greatest escapologist of all time and also one of the greatest performers of the modern age.

National Széchényi Library
will exhibit the unique private collection which was on display earlier at Expo Milano 2015. The collection shows the life and work of the famous artist through original relics and props of the American movie about Houdini’s life from 2014. The exhibition will be open for one month, between January 27 and February 27, 2016, in Building “F” of Buda Castle (from Tuesday to Saturday, between 9am and 8pm); from March 24 the collection takes its final place at Houdini House Budapest.
