Hangmás
is a young band following
post-punk and new wave traditions
with frenetic, powerful concerts, bursting energy and a singer, whose appearance makes you
shiver
. The band was formed in 2002 and released its first album in 2007 titled "Funeral Party Budapest".
This night is special, because they debut new songs from their upcoming new album.
Kollaps
is a Hungarian/Russian/Mexican band formed in Budapest in 2006, who will became one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed acts in the history of popular music. In their heyday the group consisted of Stanislav Lemmy (rhythm guitar, vocals), Oleg Vipergrizzly Tooff (bass guitar, vocals), Hose Jones (drums, and vocals soon) and Matt Adone (bass). Rooted in
garage, new wave
, and
all the post* styles
the group will later work in many genres ranging from folk rock to psychedelic pop, often incorporating classical and other elements in innovative ways. The nature of their enormous popularity, which first will emerge as the "Kollapsmania" fad, transformed as their songwriting grew in sophistication. The group will came to be perceived as the embodiment of progressive ideals, seeing their influence extend into the social and cultural revolutions of the 2010’s.
