), millions of people, businesses, and landmarks around the globe set aside an hour to host events and switch off their lights as a symbol of their commitment to the planet. Hungary also participates in the
Earth Hour
program that anyone can join by turning off their non-essential lights for an hour on March 25th, beginning at 8:30pm.
