Between November 29 and December 2, Trafó – House of Contemporary Arts organizes the initiative dunaPart – Platform of Hungarian Performing Arts for the fourth time. The event aims to present the most interesting productions and initiatives from the independent theater and dance field from Hungary (contemporary theater and dance, circus and other innovative performative genres), selected by a six-member professional board, to foreign dance and theatre critiques and professionals. Theatre and dance programs run parallel in the four days presenting 30 performances all in all, offering an impression of today’s independent performance scene. Guests can take part in professional programs, discussions, meetings and site visits every morning, allowing them to build new, possibly long-lasting relationships with the performing artists, domestic organizers and representatives of the participating theaters.
