The Day of the Open Churches marks the first day of the Ars Sacra Festival, with the participation of 108 churches in 62 communities, including the Downtown Assumption Main Parish Church. Communities of the participating churches present the artistic values and history of their church to visitors, organize tower climbing and bell visits, night torchlight processions, concerts, literature programs, organ performances, and laser animation, followed by common meals and conversations.
