Budapest Happiness Week
 offers over 50 events for everyone to build on creating greater curiosity and interest by taking part in new activities with like-minded people, as well as learning new skills and developing one’s know-how. There will be numerous opportunities to be inspired by professionals and experts in fields ranging from positive psychology to yoga instruction, in multiple locations. All events of 
Happiness Week
 are free for everyone, with all presenters offering their time and invaluable experience for no charge. It is well known that activities that promote social interaction and a sense of relatedness have a profound impact on individual well-being, whereas value systems that emphasize individualism and material consumption are detrimental to well-being. The Mystical Vyayama
: The ancient health-energetic gymnastics of Vyayama derive from Southern India. The most important principle is deep knowledge based on how to conduct our inner and outer forces. This workshop will be directed by Divya Diksha Chaitanya, Vedic Foundation of the Himalayas, nun of the Vedic Monastery. It is a dynamic practice combined with vibrating breath that results a meditative state.

Roundtable discussion on how we can increase our happiness in Budapest

Join the diverse panel and hear from Emese Danks (the Chief Executive Officer from UNICEF), Peter Grundberg (Anglo-Swedish lawyer and co-founder of Brody House, Brody Studios and Brody ArtYard), Bruno Bourel (photographer from Paris who lives in Budapest), and Raj Pahil (child and educational psychologist/researcher from England who is currently investigating the flourishing in children) to discuss the ultimate question of how happiness can be increased in the beautiful city of Budapest.

What is real Tantra?

Tantra is mistakenly identified as the yoga of sex, black magic, witchcraft, and an amalgam of techniques for influencing the mind of others. In reality tantra is one of the most important Indian traditions, representing the practical aspect of the Vedic tradition.  A very interesting and inspiring lecture about the nobleness and depth of tantra will be delivered by Divya Diksha Chaitanya (Vedic Foundation of the Himalayas, nun of the Vedic Monastery).
