Lucy, Cathy, and Anne worry that their best years are nearly behind them, so they come up with a cunning plan to seduce hot young men – while they still can. To their surprise it actually works. That is, until they are caught in their own web of deceit.




"PRETEXT"
is a brand-new comedy making its debut in Budapest. It’s directed by Virginia Proud, who brought audiences last year’s enthusiastically received "Hangovers and Ancient History". In this show, Virginia also takes to the stage, alongside Beth Spisljak, star of "Short & Sweet" and "First Draft". Actors Esther Holbrook and Madeleine Damasdi also join Budapest English Theatre for the first time.
