ARC was founded in 1999 with the aim of refreshing the national promotion culture in terms of public billboards.




In 2000 ARC organized the first billboard contest and exhibition. Since then Ötvenhatosok Square has been populated with the works of individual artists every year for three entire weeks.
This year the field is given to the so called „insightful pieces”, as the final decision is always made on the basis of the extent of social reflexions included in the projects.
