Led by two Frenchmen, Rodolphe Rodet and Jean-Claude Fédou, Pavillon de Paris is found in the elegant Buda-side quarter of Víziváros. This restaurant brings French cuisine to Budapest, with the contribution of a French master chef, Marc Meneau, recipient of two Michelin stars. The chef de cuisine is Ferenc Szabó, who has compiled special menus in the spirit of French gastronomy: choose between Texture and Flavours, Gourmet, Discovery, and Vegetarian. An exquisite patio is the cherry on the cake.
