The Brudern House is an eclectic residential and office building located in Ferenciek Square. It was built in 1912 and is currently being renovated. The passageways on the ground floor, known as Párizsi Udvar (Paris Court) used to house elegant shops with natural light coming through the glass dome. The building that has been protected since 1976 shows colourful traits of Arabic, Moorish and Gothic architecture. The nearby Klotild Palaces are also worth checking out.

The Brudern House will reopen in 2018 as a 110-room luxury hotel, part of the Hyatt chain, run by Mellow Mood Hotels, who are also responsible for the Buddha-Bar Hotel Budapest Klotild Palace.
