A new health-conscious food bar opened in Downtown Budapest during the summer of 2017. The Kitchen of Health serves food fine-tuned to a special lifestyle but that doesn’t mean that we can’t have a burger here. Founder Viki Bocsi has been a personalized nutrition consultant for years, and this reform unit in Dob Street has everything she imagined for this creed. Here we can have meals that are made with clean ingredients, and that means these courses lack any refined goods, flavor enhancers, soy, lactose, gluten, and sugar. They either use olive or coconut oil, the side dish is usually sweet potato or rice, and they tend to use green banana flour, Himalayan salt and salt from Praid.
