The city-centre AUM resembles the original outlet at Flórián tér in many ways, with the same exciting and lavish flavour combinations. Here, the atmosphere matches these exotic and mysterious tastes – the interior of this restaurant on Hajós utca was created to evoke the world of an Asian primeval forest. The Eastern features are blended with the traditions of Hungarian cuisine to create a unique combination. Quality is just as important at AUM as individuality, demonstrated by the excellent ingredients used by the chefs at both outlets. While lunch is the main attraction at the first restaurant, here it’s all about dinner: the eight-to-ten course dégustation menu represents the creative and playful mindset of AUM perfectly.
