Black Hoe Recordings is an independent netlabel set up in 2006 promoting jungle, drum ’n’ bass, breakcore, and other subgenres of electronic music produced by up-and-coming artists worldwide. On October 28th, they celebrate their tenth anniversary with a Halloweeny shindig on the A38 Ship with Gancher & Ruin, C-Netik, and Peter Kurten, together with local DJs as a part of the infamous Therapy Sessions Budapest party series. Be prepared for some savage sets and extreme costumes, plus brutal basslines.
There is no Halloween without pumpkin carving, and if you still don’t have one, visit the Downtown Market on Saturday! There will be workshops, all kinds of pumpkin-flavored dishes, and, of course, you can buy proto-jack-o’-lanterns too.
