Lightning, even if generated artificially - for example with a Tesla coil - can produce musical sounds. Even the tiniest spark can become a sound source. Located in the one-time transformer house of downtown Budapest, Tesla is bursting with amperes during the day, releasing the monumental energy it stores through electronic sets at night. After a lengthy construction period, the ground floor of Tesla will finally open its gates, revealing a club with a capacity of 700 and the modernist technical equipment.
Day 1

The first day of the opening weekend at the newest club in the city will be about absolutely radio-friendly electronic tunes you can easily dance to. The first night also has two live performances in store. Famous for making fine
deep house
,
B.Craack
will introduce his new act, which debuted at the 2012 Sziget Festival, the other half of it being singer/television presenter
Évi Sári
, who’ll naturally contribute her voice.

The second, live electronic fusion gig will be performed by
Goyah and Adris Jász
, smuggling characteristic saxophone sounds into Goyah’s dance-inducing sets. MusicFM’s resident DJs, that is
Muzzaik, Lotfi Begi and Kühl
, will take over the reins from them. Be among the first ones to check out the secret interior of Tesla, and get to know many DJs, among them residents. Be part of an exciting beginning: see for yourself how the club equipped with the best Void Audio gear switches to full throttle for the first time.

Day 2

The second etap of the opening weekend penetrates the brain with the sophisticated tools of smart electronica, attacking the right hemisphere party center with surgical precision with
Clark
’s live audiovisual madness. He’ll get reinforcement from Life and Death’s
The/Das
. Let’s carry on celebrating the newest milestone of Budapest club life! Currently working in Berlin,
Christopher Stephen Clark
is a worthy representative of one of the most seasoned electronic labels called Warp, which has supported him from the age of 21. He uses the prefix I instead of the E Americans usually go for when he talks about Dance Music, and he proves with every release how you can climb to the top of the charts with the widest range of experimental pieces. It is no accident that even Thom Yorke picked his song Iradelphic as the opening track of his 2012 BBC Essential Mix. Clark thinks you can give a popular tone to repetitive techno and cool house, blazing new trails with every album. He came out with his newest record on 3 November, which once again redefines his image, proving how much of an educated composer he is. He simply reinterprets the atmosphere around us, distorting it until you feel like this new order is the real one and this is how the world sounds in its intact, original form.

Clark will not be left alone on the Tesla stage with the thoughts of the new album and his synthesizers, which generate the tunes in line with the freshest Warp-approved direction. The protagonist of the night has gained legend status with his masterful, constantly evolving and lively sets. It is not surprising that he’s played on stages like the Sydney Opera House and Berghain alongside
Drexciya
or Jeff Mills. One half of The/Das, on the same page attitudewise with Clark, from the label releasing Tale of Us and Clockwork will also come prepared with a DJ set. They handle techno with a very musical mentality, so it sounds almost evident they are contemplating importing members from Apparat and MIA. and forming a live ensemble. In limbo between Sinnbus and Life and Death, the duo has been on an upward trajectory, and we’ll use their diverse and forward-looking taste to inaugurate the DJ booth of Tesla on the second day of the opening weekend.
