The protagonist of the movie is German-Greek Zinos who manages Soul Kitchen, his shabby pub in a suburb of Hamburg. While he struggles really hard to keep his restaurant alive, his girlfriend, Nadine tells him that she’s going to Songhai. Zinos would do anything to fly after her, but then life happens: his brother, Ilias just got released from prison, his business goes bankrupt, the tax authorities are onto him, and when he could finally leave all the problems behind, he ends up with spinal hernia.
The movie will be screened in German with English subtitles.
