After a long hiatus, Budapest post-punk four-piece Run Over Dogs released a new album in April 2021, nine raw songs written during the intense creative process of quarantine. Before Now Let The Monsters Shine came out, the band had not been active for some time, singer-songwriter Szabolcs Czeglédi explaining how he had not found his place on the stage as a musician in the last three years. Many are therefore looking forward to ROD treading the boards and presenting their recent album, along with songs from previous albums. Three years after the seminal Some Got Saved, Budapest's melodic hardcore band Satelles return with a new album and a renewed sound. Although 3AM Confessions was recorded during the pandemic, its initial songs were written during the band’s Eastern-European tour of 2019.
