On June 23, 2017, the exhibition
Rescued Treasures
opening in the
Hungarian National Museum
focuses on both objects and people. The audience can learn about the workflow of conservation and restoration that differs in each subject and requires complex, versatile knowledge through 29 fine art and applied art objects, – that vary in their age, material and damage, – and the works of 17 newly graduated restaurateurs.
