The Słowiński – Carod International Project is a new and unique formation that brings together some of the most talented jazz violinists of the young generation: Apel-les Carod from Catalonia, winner of the 2nd prize in the 1st and the 2nd International Zbigniew Seifert Jazz Violin Competition in Cracow, and Stanisław Słowiński from Poland, winner of the Audience Award at the 1st International Zbigniew Seifert Violin Competition.

The two violinists mix their original tunes and visions with compositions of the legendary Zbigniew Seifert, one of the most significant jazz violinists in history. For their special concert in Opus Jazz Club - organized together by Polish Institute in Budapest and Budapest Music Center - the band will be joined by jazz pianist Paweł Kaczmarczyk, bassist Justyn Małodobry, and drummer Dawid Fortuna.
