In the spring of 2015,
Macesz Bistro
launched a new event series with the obvious intent to invigorate the
culinary life
of downtown
Budapest.
There will be all we could possibly ask for: cooking (and eating) together, flavor fights, kitchen battles, unforgettable dishes, excellent wines, and naturally, unusual pairings both in the kitchen and on the plates.
In the kitchen of
Bistro,
both
András Jókúti
and
Gianni
worked together with
Ákos.
For December 2 however, the
girls of 11ground blogger
dreamed up the menu. They have been working as a blog magazine for two years, where six bloggers, experts in their own fields, share their opinions and experiences with the readers. Their team includes
Timi Hadnagy
(#home),
Petra Erdősi
(#beautycorner),
Wanda Sallay
(#loveandlife),
Viktória Bolla
(#fashion),
Luca Nagy
(#gastro), and
Gabriella Zana
(#sport).

The menu, including unlimited mineral water consumption and no wine costs 8990 forints, while with wines (1 glass = 0,1 l), it costs 12 890 forints.
