came from the direction of hip hop, arriving at
technoid
rhythms at the turn of the millennium. Christ didn’t really care about the minimal revolution that was raging at the time, even then he was mesmerized by the
deep house / deep techno
genre and analoguous gadgets. With his friends he founded a label called 'Derivé', and soon after that joined the Smallville brigade, which is also from Hamburg and features such names as Move D and Bruno Pronsato. He is regarded as one of DJ Koze’s biggest favourites, who in order to show his support signed a three-track Rau EP to his own label Pampa.
