Hungarian Film Week
will serve as an opportunity for the audience and film industry representatives to view feature
films, television movies, short feature films, documentaries, animated movies and popular science programmes
released over the past three years.
Filmmakers had until 8 September to submit feature films, television movies, documentaries, popular science movies, short feature films and animated movies that have had a theatrical or television release in Hungary or have been featured in the selection of major international film festivals over the last three years.
The total of
334 submitted works include 107 documentaries, 88 short fiction movies, 61 animated movies, 35 popular science films, 27 feature films and 16 television movies.
The event will be hosted by the
Palace of Arts, Cinema City MOM Park, Tabán and Puskin Cinema
