On 9 October, Judit Polgár, the most successful female chess player of all time, presents another of her annual Global Chess Festivals, involving a whole day of playful challenges and performances. For the first time, you can join this international celebration of chess offline and on. On-site activities will be hosted by the prestigious Hungarian National Gallery. At this year’s event, creativity and innovation will be the focus, giving the floor to innovative minds who have abandoned the usual methods and provided novel answers to challenges. Successful author Noam Manella shows how you can learn how to awaken the dormant creativity within you, and Indian engineer Ashwin Subramanian demonstrates the use of biofeedback tools to explore the signals sent by chess players' bodies while they are playing – and how these can be used.
