The Friss Hús (Fresh Meat) short film festival showcases and celebrates local and international films every year. Though the main event is over, you can catch a 'best of' selection in an open-air cinema on June 28th. The stunning Várkert Bazár, sitting at the foot of Buda Castle, hosts a screening of the most outstanding Hungarian short films, all with English subtitles.
