The respect for culture, fine arts and traditions, and the love of good food and good wine brought together the five winemakers:

. The main aim of the members of the Tállya Wines is to restore the old, neglected areas to their original form and produce wines that show Tállya’s true characteristic and introduce the village to the audience. They also want to create the wine of Tállya following Mád which did the same. The most important rule that they made is that blends can only come from the oldest first class vineyards of the village and they must be mellowed in barrels. All members of Tállya Wine believe that the only possible way is craft winery.
