Located in the
Buda Castle
, the building of the former headquarters of the Hungarian Defence Force has been renovated after 70 years and opened with an exhibition titled "A Genius Family", which tells the story of the Zsolnay factory through 260 pieces.

The first part of the exhibition contains works from the
Zsolnay Museum
in Pécs, selected based on chronology and the artist. Along with their works being exhibited, the prominent artists of the factory have also been immortalized in short films. A separate section has been created for the Zsolnay ceramics used as building decorations, among them the tiles and panels of the one-time National Salon, the New College of the Reformed Church in Kecskemét, and the Gresham Palace.

The exhibition is open from 10 am to 6 pm
from Tuesday to Sunday
. The ticket office closes at 5.30 pm.
