To the great delight of fans of French cuisine and sparkling wine, a special champagne dinner is taking place at the Paris Budapest Restaurant and Bar on 25 September. Each dish will be paired with a different type of champagne during this exclusive event, so guests can savour four fascinating flavours. A great occasion for discerning visitors as well as those wanting to explore the world of fine champagnes.

Focusing on French gastronomy, the Paris Budapest Restaurant and Bar is hosting a special evening on the last Friday of September. The TELMONT CHAMPAGNE DINNER is being organised in co-operation with the VARROS & MASSUCCO Champagne & Fine Wine Shop, promising a truly premium experience.

Being true to its name, the restaurant is dedicated to French gastronomy, which also includes France’s most noble sparkling wine, champagne. The process of creating this elegant beverage had been developed over many centuries in the French region of Champagne, and the same techniques are still being used to this day. They will be offering four memorable varieties of champagnes at Paris Budapest, paired with perfectly matching dishes.

Chef Zoltán Soskó will be looking to impress guests with a remarkable menu to complement the finest items of J. De Telmont Champagnes.
