This Saturday, 15 August, the Buda Open-Air Theatre stages its annual Night of Shooting Stars, only this year it is bringing in a full symphony orchestra to accompany this natural phenomenon. Singers and dancers also take part, with food and drink available.

Mid-August is always the best time to see shooting stars in Budapest. What makes the ‘most romantic night of the year’ different in 2020 is the Dunakeszi Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Pál Farkas, playing suitable music to accompany this natural wonder.

Alongside the Buda Open-Air Theatre, the Kabos kert will be serving food and drinks, and you can also rent blankets and pillows. The event starts at 9pm and runs until 2am.
