Groovy, Budapest! Mike Myers parties at Fogas Ház ruin pub
The actor best known for playing Austin Powers is currently in Hungary’s capital shooting his next film, while enjoying the local nightlife in his spare time. Canadian star Mike Myers was repeatedly spotted partying at the popular Fogas Ház ruin pub in recent days – we’re honored to see that he finds Budapest groovy enough to go out on the town and swing, baby!
After starring in Wayne’s World, So I Married an Axe Murderer, Inglourious Basterds, and all of the Austin Powers films – not to mention using his Scottish brogue to voice the titular ogre in the Shrek series – Myers is set to return to the big screen with Terminal, a noir thriller now being filmed in the Hungarian capital. Between shoots he is letting loose by plunging into Budapest’s buzzing nightlife, having already visited Fogas Ház in District VII several times – here’s photo evidence taken at the scene:

We guess this means that Budapest’s ruin-pub scene is now officially shagadelic – smashing, baby! In the immortal words of Wayne Campbell, it’s party time, excellent!
