Since Uber arrived in Budapest, thousands of people have downloaded the app and used the service on the roads. Over the past three months riders and drivers have made many tens of thousands of trips in the city. To thank Uber-lovers new and old, this weekend the company will cover the cost of your fare up to the value of 3000 forints per trip!

So, how can you get your free transport this weekend (20 - 22 March)?

  • If you're not yet a customer, download Uber at the App Store or at get.uber.com
  • Every user can have a maximum of 10 free trips from 20 March 2015 at 8am to 22 March 2015 at midnight. The maximum fee covered is 3000 forints per trip.
  • The start and end point of the trip both have to be within Budapest.
  • Each user can access further free trips by sharing their promotional code with family and friends.
