To celebrate what would have been Freddie Mercury’s 66th birthday on 5 September, selected Utah movie theatres will be showing “Hungarian Rhapsody: Queen Live in Budapest ’86”. The legendary concert took place at Népstadion (now Ferenc Puskás Stadium) on 27 July 1986, and featured an iconic presentation of a Hungarian folk song entitled “Tavaszi szél vizet áraszt” (“The spring wind blows the waters”).

This performance plays an important role in the Queen-saga because it was the last time the band toured with Freddie Mercury, and was also the largest concert staged at Népstadion, which was packed with 80,000 fans. The concert film was remastered for digital cinema in HD with 5.1 surround sound.
