In 2016, We Love Budapest successfully launched their first Insider guide, and ever since have been issuing seasonal English-language booklets about the city. This new version is 50 pages longer and a bit bigger than before, is completely geared for spring and summer, and contains new sections. Altogether ten chapters provide you with hot tips in easy-to-use list format; Sights & Tours, Dining & Street Food, Art & Culture, Spas & Activities, Shops & Markets, Bars & Nightlife, Festivals & Events. Two new sections also feature: Around Budapest guides you in the Danube Bend, while The Visegrád Four presents the gastronomy and major sights of Visegrád Four capitals, such as Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw.
Eight exclusive one-on-one interviews with people who live and work in the Hungarian capital, from a world-renowned pianist to a crazy musician from Budapest’s alternative scene also feature. Explainer articles provide background to true Hungarian topics like photography, escape rooms, lángos summer treat, sparties, flea markets and Sziget Festival.
