The Doblo is a 7th District wine bar on the corner of Dob utca and Holló utca. In addition to the wines by noted wineries, they also serve artisanal and bio-wines, and products by less known young Hungarian winemakers. They invite a small band for almost every day of the week and they also host wine tastings in a wonderful atmosphere. Their cheese and meat plates consists only of home-made delicacies prepared with traditional smoking, pickles from Vecsés and an old-school bread selection. The brick wall surfaces and the huge ceiling height evoke the air of the lofts of New York. Doblo is a special, unpretentious, friendly, honest, and receptive place.
