Hűvösvölgy is an area in the 2nd district, where the two hills, Hármashatárhegy and Nagy Hárshegy, meet and they form a little valley. The city ‘ends’ here and country ‘begins’. Children’s railway, many tour paths and tram 61 departs from here. The area is always snowy during winters and always sunny in summertime, and you can find the most beautiful bus terminal here. There are many people coming here for trips, biking, having lunch or gathering before a night party. If you have a free afternoon, we do recommend you to visit this island of relax and leave the sweaty downtown behind.
