According to the locals a good pálinka should warm the body but it should not burn the throat. The Magyar Pálinka Háza offers a wide range of pálinkas – you can find the traditional plum, pear and apple flavours, just to name a few, but there are unique pálinkas as well made from walnut for example or from paprika and honey. The helpful members of the staff will be happy to answer all the questions of the costumers about pálinka – they are real experts; they would like to make pálinka become more widespread and they would also like to educate people. Unfortunately you can’t taste the pálinka – you have to buy it first.
