The Vár: a Speiz is a fresh new restaurant in the middle of the Castle district in Trinity Square, which is always packed with tourists. The ambience is delighted, easy, not too posh, and gives the impression of a pleasant place. It seems we could get rid of the ‘Goulash-smell’ image that characterizes all restaurants around the Castle. It has a classical, homey style with real Goulash soup or the simple deep-fried chicken, but they are the best quality dishes in the world. They offer a wide range of wine selection, and to make a long story short, it is worth visiting this place.
